We built Halo Water Proofing around a simple promise: show up when we say, tell you the truth about what's wrong, and fix it so it stays fixed.
Our Wellston crew leads have handled repairs like yours dozens of times before, and a supervisor signs off before we call any job finished.
Our Wellston crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
One phone call gets you a straight answer and a real appointment — not a vague callback promise.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Wellston calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
If the basement smells damp no matter the season, water is likely finding a way in somewhere you can't see.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Wellston foundation wall right now.
A Wellston sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Wellston homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Wellston property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Wellston emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Wellston pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Older Wellston homes with vented crawl spaces see the biggest swings in seasonal humidity — encapsulation closes that off for good.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We handle below-grade waterproofing for Wellston property managers and business owners, scheduled around your operating hours to limit disruption.
Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
Every Wellston quote is written before work starts, not estimated verbally and adjusted later.
Our crew completes the repair, cleans up, and walks you through the warranty on what was installed.
We've heard every Wellston horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
A local dispatch model means the technician who answers your questions is the same one who shows up.
Our major repairs come with written, transferable warranties — useful if you sell the Wellston property later.
If your Wellston basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Wellston job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"First contractor who actually explained where the water was coming from instead of just quoting a number."
"Crew was respectful of our landscaping during the drain install and left the yard looking better than before they started."
If a covered repair doesn't hold up, we come back and make it right — no arguing, no extra invoice. That's written into every Wellston contract we sign.
